REV 0.3 · PRELIMINARY
OCT 2026
1 · Features
- SVM execution: existing Solana programs run unchanged
- Sub-slot block production, targeting 10 ms
- Settlement to Solana L1
- Standard Solana JSON-RPC interface
- Public telemetry from UV-B
2 · Description
UV-1 is a high-frequency execution layer for the Solana Virtual Machine. It orders and executes transactions in milliseconds, commits state, and settles to Solana L1. It's designed for workloads that need latency below one L1 slot: order books, perps, games, payments and agents.
